This series of classes offers an opportunity for young women aged 12-19 to practice yoga in a safe and fun space in the beautiful studio of Loving Pilates in Didsbury.
Yoga can help young women to build their fitness, self-regulation, awareness, spirituality and sense of self in the world. This is particularly important as pressures and stressors continue to grow for teenagers today at a time in their lives when so many changes are happening for the body and brain.
Teen yoga can help to build tools and practices for lifelong heath and confidence. We will explore physical practices and also allow for some time for relaxation and shared discussions
Investment is £42 for 6 classes. This class pass is valid for 7 weeks. If you have booked and want cancel a class, class is only refunded if cancelled with a minimum of 12 hours pre class.
